Dedicated ServiceNow Certified Engineers

If you have expanding needs and multiple ongoing projects, Unikomm can provide you with your own team of one or more certified ServiceNow engineers and Consultants. These engineers will be working exclusively for you and under your guidance.

  1. Onsite Resident Consultant: The consultant will join your organization for the entire duration of the contract and report directly to you
  2. Remote Consultant: The consultant will work exclusively for you and reports directly to you. He will be based in our remote operations center.

Hourly Technical Support Packages

For customers with occasional needs or who need periodic technical support, Unikomm provides hourly prepaid packages that can be used anytime and from anywhere.

  2. Customer portal login to request support or enhancement 24/7
  3. SLA to ensure response and resolution time.
  4. Reports and dashboard to review progress and activities
